Norwian heat pumps are provided with a differentiated 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
On the condition that the pump is connected to the heating system according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Basic warranty conditions
The capacity of the heat pump should be selected according to the heat demand of the building. We strongly recommend consulting with experts before purchasing a heat pump. Norwian pumps have a differentiated warranty: compressors are covered by a 5-year warranty*, other components 2-year warranty.
- The warranty is provided only if the commissioning and tuning of the equipment was carried out by qualified specialists authorized by the importer. The equipment is installed according to the installation scheme provided by the manufacturer, in accordance with the established requirements. Warranty service is performed for equipment only with a properly filled out and signed by an authorized company commissioning-adjustment act and warranty sheet. Warranty technical service can only be performed by certified specialists.
* Warranty covered failures:
- Faults in the electronic controller.
- Compressor and circulation pump failures.
- Fan faults.
- Refrigerant circuit leak.

When installing the heat pump, the total water volume in the heating system and
buffer tank must be at least 10 liters per KW of output.
